Excellent experience. This company was great to deal with..our bathroom remodel went very smoothly and the installers, Donnie and Cameron were great. They arrived on time every day and were very professional. We would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience working with C. Michael Exteriors. We enjoyed our first meeting learning about the differences in window panes, as well as glass quality. We had all the windows in our house replaced and the entire project took less than a day. The crew worked well and overall we are VERY pleased with our new windows. They even added new trim around the windows to make our home look fresh and clean. The new windows give our house the added outside touch that was needed. Also, they open and close so smoothly and are very easy to clean, which was something I was really looking forward to. Lastly, we had a few scuff marks left after the initial install that I was unable to get off myself. We called C. Michael Exteriors and they sent someone to come and take a look right away. He was very kind and removed all the marks from the window frames, and even went around to check every other window while he was here. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and absolutely recommend C. Michael Exteriors to anyone needing work done.

We recently had two windows replaced by C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. The decision to have the work done was difficult for us, since I have successfully replaced most of the other windows in the house myself, and those results have been highly satisfactory. There have been no problems and lots of compliments from friends. However, the process was time consuming and not easy. Besides, we anticipated additional problems replacing these windows due to peculiarities with the location, which was one reason they were last on our replacement list. Suffice it to say we were extremely pleased with C. Michael’s professional installation of our new casement windows. The old windows were glued in place and were removed only with great difficulty; but the work was completed in a day. Clean up was done perfectly. There were several men in the crew, all of whom were cheerful and very respectful as they did their work. Their foreman was helpful, courteous and firmly in control. Had a wonderful experience with Greg who came out to explore options and provide us with a quote based on our desires and needs. He was courteous, thoughtful and down to earth. He took the time to get to know us and we greatly appreciate that. Through the work with him and negotiating we are able to come to a very reasonable price that we agreed upon. I really look forward to finishing this review after they complete their work. What they showed us looked fantastic, the speed at which they promise to get the job down is phenomenal. Every conversation we've had has been wonderful, in person or over the phone and we are thankful for that. We did get multiple letters updating us and we appreciated it as much as it saddened us. We met this great company when we attended the home show at Turning Stone. They came and we discuss a lot of things and choose the windows that would work for our home. Unfortunately with the Covid-19 everything came to a halt. But on June 5th they were able to start working again. We have never met a nicer group of workers. They even went as far as helping Woody put the shades back up at the new windows. We had 18 windows removed and new ones installed. This group of guys started at 9 am and were finished and cleaned up by 3:30. When I say cleaned up I mean cleaned up there was not one speck of dirt or garbage anywhere.
