Thank you so much for the work you have done to my house! Before the new windows I had very little natural light due to the small and only window in my entire living room. Now that the front window was expanded and the new window was installed over my front door I rarely have to turn on the lights! You not only saved me from going crazy in a dark home but saved me on my electric bill! My children’s windows also were so old and crank out type windows, I was so worried about them getting hurt on the knobs. The new windows take my worry away and are safer and 10x more beautiful then I expected! All the work done at my home made it worth more to me then gold and I appreciate the professional and fast install as well as the opportunity to buy from such an amazing company! Windows and Siding was a big project that had been on our "need to do" list for several years. We interviewed half a dozen contractors that we had met at the March '18 Syracuse Home Show at the NYS Fairgrounds. C. Michaels Exterior was able to provide a timeline and financing options we could not turn down- and we ended up being able to do the project several months sooner than we anticipated. The crew were absolutely fantastic. They installed 13 new windows and siding in under a week- and were professional and friendly the entire time. They were kind and understanding of our 2 kids who tried not to be underfoot- but were on summer vacation. They were sweet (and brought treats!) to our 2 labs who wanted to be friends with everyone- and don't understand the concept of work. Chance was an excellent head contractor- and just as nit-picky as we were about the little details. Tim- his second in command was just as great- and always kept us in the loop of where things were in the project. The crew promptly arrived each morning and picked up each and every day after themselves. They also clearly liked working with each other- and it was nice to have that energy around the house each day. We added some revisions to our job that happened after we signed the contract in the spring, and that process was smooth and worry free. We contacted C. Michael Exteriors, as we needed new entry doors. We had previously used the company for new replacement windows in our home. We were very satisfied with the quality and installation of our windows. We are very happy with our doors, as well. The crew was very efficient and knowledgeable! For the most part I dealt exclusively with Jim Kline and his crew. They did an excellent job. They were timely, easy to deal with, extremely conscientious and professional. The weather conditions were trying, at best. Despite that, they did outstanding work, and cleaned up everyday. Jim helped me pick out the best color scheme. The entire crews' experience with construction, design and what would look best on my very big, old, multi-family home showed. No easy task! During the entrie process, they took the time to give me hints and advice on things to do to protect the exterior of my home, now and in the future. Additionally, small details such as wider corner pieces, gutters, and where to add trim made all the difference to the aesthetics of the house. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks for the help.

I had 7 windows replaced by C. Michel Exteriors. They did a wonderful job. It was all done in a half day, there was no mess left. I am very happy with the windows. We recently had a very windy day and I did not feel the drafts that I used to have.

We are absolutely delighted with our new windows. Everything that Doug Migliaccio talked about in his presentation worked out exactly as stated. The windows are of the quality we expected. The crew that came to install them did precisely what he said. They stayed until it was 100% done and the supervisor stayed the entire time as well. Their work ethic and workmanship was supreme. We can already feel on these cold days no more cold air coming through our windows. We cannot wait until spring so we can open up our windows on a warm day. Several of our windows used to be sealed shut, but no more. We also like how the outside of the house looks so much better. The storm windows are no longer needed and no longer an eye sore. Heather and I want to thank you for your part in the purchase and appreciate your openness when it came to options for the home. We are incredibly happy with our windows and they have made a dramatic difference to the house. They look great, I can open them with ease and the bay window we had added opens up the living room in a whole new way. The other item I've noticed is the difference in heat and noise. When you showed up the "heat lamp" test in the home I knew the windows would make a difference. It is amazing to walk around the home though and feel it. Having the thermostat set at the same temperature as it was before the windows, rooms that had a chill no longer do. I can't find any drafts and I can't wait to see my next National Grid bill to confirm it. Also, when you said it would make a difference in sound, you weren't kidding. We don't hear the cars outside like we did before, that has been great. I also want to commend the installation crew. They were fantastic and very professional. To have all 18 windows done in about 6 hours was better than anything I imagined. We did a final walk through when everything was finished and it didn't look like anything had been touched that day. Instead it looked like a snap of the fingers and poof, new windows. The other thing that stood out was when they finished the bay window they noticed that three of the openings seemed to be tight. From our first encounter with your salesman, Joe Palermo to the installation by Chance and his crew we have been very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service provided through this process. First Joe came to our home and discussed the quality of the windows and showed us a sample window and explained how they would install them. He seemed very knowledgeable about the process. We asked a lot of questions and if he didn't know the answer he found it out quickly and let us know. Then Chance came and took measurements and placed the order. It took about 7 weeks from the time he took the measurements to have them installed. The installation went very smoothly. Chance and his crew of about 9 men came and removed and installed all 22 of our windows and front door, including sidelight in one day. They took away all old windows and door and cleaned up inside and outside before they left. The crew was friendly and polite. Any questions we had while they were installing the windows were answered in a respectful and informative manner. We did have an issue with the front door, but after some discussion and with quick attention to our concerns it was resolved to our satisfaction. The appearance of the house is amazing with all new windows, front door and sidelight. Great curb appeal! All in all, we highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors, Inc.
